The location is fantastic, very close to Borough Market. It is also near Tate Modern. The room was quiet, i stayed on the top floor (7th floor) at the back of the hotel and even had a balcony. I got a good night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed.

I found the self-service coffee machine at breakfast to be limiting. I would have liked a wider range of coffee options from the staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The refillable water station impressed me. The hotel is located within walking distance of several main attractions. A nearby tube station provides easy access to other parts of the city. I also liked the bus stops just outside the hotel.

The shower entrance felt a little inconvenient. The placement of sockets within the room could be improved. These are relatively minor issues.

Check-in and check-out were both quick. The staff addressed questions and provided assistance. They prepared food for us, as we were leaving early and would miss breakfast. This demonstrated great care and attention.

the room had a large walk in shower, and i found the space clean and tidy. the hotel is near main attractions plus a tube station. staff seemed friendly to me . i did not experience the food, because i chose to eat out.

the menu had a small font that was difficult to read, and the waitress struggled to understand it, even she herself!
